SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Submissions of your ads can be supplied the following ways:
1. SEND your files on CD or ZIP disk accompanied by a proof. Please provide a color
proof if your ad has color.
2. E-MAIL your electronic files (only if under 5 MB) to: gotrains@vre.org
ELECTRONIC FILES
• Formats we accept for ad submissions include: PDF, EPS and high-resolution JPG
NOTE: PDF files are only accepted with fonts embedded.
• Resolution of all files should be a minimum of 300 dpi .
• A Proof of your ad must be included or faxed with your submission.
AD PRODUCTION
VRE cannot produce ads. All ads must be in camera ready format.
COPY ACCEPTANCE
VRE will only accept ads that conform to our advertising guidelines. Ads will be placed on a first come-first served basis.
CONTRACT AND COPY REGULATIONS
The advertiser agrees to indemnify VRE against any claims or expenses resulting from the unauthorized use of name, photograph, sketch or words protected by the copyright or registered trademarks, label and others in connection with his or her advertising.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received one week prior to publication.
