• Submissions of your ads should be no later than one week before the date of publication:
• E-MAIL your electronic files to: aking@vre.org
• Formats we accept for ad submissions include: PDF, EPS and high-resolution JPG
  • NOTE: PDF files are only accepted with fonts embedded.
• Resolution of all files should be a minimum of 300 dpi .
  

• VRE cannot produce ads. All ads must be in camera ready format.

• VRE will only accept ads that conform to our advertising guidelines. Ads will be placed on a first come-first served basis. It is best to reserve ad space in advance.

CONTRACT AND COPY REGULATIONS

• The advertiser agrees to indemnify VRE against any claims or expenses resulting from the unauthorized use of name, photograph, sketch or words protected by the copyright or registered trademarks, label and others in connection with his or her advertising.

• All cancellations must be made in writing and must be received one week prior to publication.
