Burke Centre Station Platform Extension

Scope:  To construct a platform and canopy extension at the VRE Burke Centre Station. This project is to construct a 200 ft long platform extension with a canopy to the west of the existing platform. The new platform will be connected to the existing parking platform behind the newly constructed parking garage.  New canopy and platform lighting will be included in this project.

Scheduled Completion: December 2009

Current Status: Contract awarded to Grunley-Walsh U.S., LLC - Construction to begin on June 8, 2009
