REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) #012-003

The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide services for the implementation and management of VRE’s e-newsletter and pager/mobile phone/PDA notification system known as Train Talk. 

The RFQ will be available beginning December 6, 2011 from the VRE website at http://www.vre.org.  At the website, select “Procurement”. 

Quotes are due December 9, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. EST.
