Delivery of LED Lighting for Backlick Road & Franconia-Springfield Stations

Scope: VRE installed light emitting diode (LED) lighting at the Backlick Road and Franconia-Springfield VRE Stations. By changing the lighting system to LED, utility and maintenance costs will be reduced substantially.
