Metrorail Access
Springfield Station (Blue Line)
To get to Metrorail, head up the platform steps and cross the walkway over the tracks. The steps on the other side will lead you to the Metrorail Mezzanine level. Please use the walkway to cross the tracks. Other trains do pass through the station at high speeds.

Transfers for buses to and from the station are free with a valid VRE ticket.

Parking
Parking is available and costs $3.75 daily. Because this is a Metro facility, a SmarTrip card is needed to pay for and exit the parking lot. For parking information, please call WMATA at (202) 637-7000.

Directions
From I-95 South, take exit 169 Franconia Rd. to a right onto Frontier Dr. to VRE station.

From I-95 North, take the Springfield Mall exit to the traffic light. Go straight onto Spring Mall DR. to a right onto Frontier Dr. to VRE station.

From Franconia Springfield Pkwy near I-95 and Springfield Mall, take Frontier Dr. VRE exit to station.
