Replacement Bus Service for Fredericksburg Train #301

Because of the derailment, the Fredericksburg line mid-day train #301 (departing Union Station at 12:55 pm) will not be running today. In lieu of this train, we will be operating bus service for our Fredericksburg line passengers from our Backlick Road station on the Manassas Line.

Simply take the mid-day Manassas line train #325 (departing Union Station at 1:15 pm). Detrain at the Backlick Road station to go to Woodbridge, Rippon, Quantico, Brooke, Leeland Road or Fredericksburg.

Passengers boarding at Franconia/Springfield to head south need to take Metrorail to King Street/Alexandria and board the Manassas train from there.

Passengers going to Lorton should take Fairfax Connector bus 171 from Franconia/Springfield. Passengers originating at Lorton to go to points south should take Fairfax Connector bus 171 to Franconia/Springfieldin order to Metro to Alexandria. See their website for schedule details.
