Transferring Tickets to a New Device

With VRE Mobile, you can access your STORED tickets on multiple devices. Once a ticket is activated, however, that ticket will remain on the device that activated it.

This means if you have a work phone and a personal phone, all non-activated tickets will be available on both phones logged into the same account after refreshing the My Tickets tab.

If you experience issues and do need to transfer a ticket to a new device, please contact customer service at gotrains@vre.org or 703-684-1001.
