Validating a Ticket on VRE Mobile

Step 1: If you have purchased tickets but have not yet used them, you will see the tickets in "My Tickets" under the "Available" tab. Click to activate a ticket you would like to use, or click an already active ticket to bring up your ticket for the conductor. 

Step 2: Show your ticket to the conductor when the conductor asks. Your ticket will utilize the camera on your phone as well as provide activation details. The camera mode allows the conductor to quickly check tickets with a real-time reflection of passengers and the train car.
